  "text": "(1) The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1999 are amended as follows.\n(2) In sub-paragraph 14(2) of Schedule 3 delete the word “Scotland”.\n(3) After sub-paragraph 14(2) there is inserted–\n“(3) In sub-paragraph (1) above, “Health Minister” means, in respect of Scotland, the Scottish Ministers”.",
