# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) (No.2) Order 1999, Paragraph 61: Agricultural Statistics Act 1979 (c. 13)

In section 3(2)(a) of the Agricultural Statistics Act 1979 (restriction on disclosure of information)–
(a) after “Government department” there is inserted “, to the Scottish Ministers”; and
(b) after “such Minister” there is inserted “, the Scottish Ministers”.
