The Fisheries Act 1981 is amended as follows.\n(2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(3) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(4) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(5) Section 30 (enforcement of Community rules)–\n(a) after subsection (2) there is inserted–\n“(2A) Proceedings for an offence under any order made under subsection (2) above may be taken, and the offence may for all incidental purposes be treated as having been committed, in any place in the United Kingdom.”; and\n(b) after subsection (4) there is inserted–\n“(5) This section has effect in relation to Scotland with the following modifications (and any other necessary modifications)–\n(a) in subsection (3), in the definition of “the Ministers”, from “Minister” to the end there is substituted “Scottish Ministers”; and\n(b) in subsection (5) for “either House of” there is substituted “the Scottish”.”.\n(6) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(7) In section 32 (research, development and advice), from “and the Secretaries” to “Wales” there is substituted “, the Secretary of State concerned with fisheries in Wales, and Scottish Ministers”.\n(8) In section 33 (exclusion of offences under conservation legislation)–\n(a) in subsection (3), at the end there is inserted “or, in the case of regulations in relation to Scotland, the Scottish Parliament”; and\n(b) in subsection (4), the words “or Scotland,” are omitted and at the end there is inserted “and, in relation to Scotland, the Scottish Ministers”.\n(9) In section 41 (orders and schemes), for “or Ministers” there is substituted “, Ministers or of the Scottish Ministers”.",
