  "heading": "Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1984 (c. 26)",
  "text": "(1) The Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1984 is amended as follows.\n(2) For “Secretary of State”, in each place where it appears, there is substituted “Scottish Ministers”.\n(3) In section 9(1)–\n(a) in the definition of “Scottish inshore waters”, after “Scotland” there is inserted “and within the Scottish zone,”; and\n(b) there is inserted in the appropriate place–\n““the Scottish zone” has the same meaning as in the Scotland Act 1998;”.\n(4) In section 9(2), for “either House of Parliament” there is substituted “the Scottish Parliament”.",
