# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) (No.2) Order 1999, Paragraph 78: Companies Act 1985 (c. 6)

In section 449(3) of the Companies Act 1985 (provision for security of information obtained), after paragraph (m) there is inserted–
“(n) the Scottish Ministers.”.
