  "text": "(1) The National Heritage (Scotland) Act 1985 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 22 (finance)–\n(a) in subsection (1) “such” and “as the Treasury may approve” are omitted; and\n(b) in subsection (3) “with Treasury approval” is omitted.\n(3) In section 23(1) (power of Secretary of State to make grants) “such” and “as the Treasury may approve” are omitted.\n(4) In Part I of Schedule 1 (the Board of the National Museums of Scotland)–\n(a) in paragraph 4(5) “given with the Treasury’s consent” is omitted;\n(b) in paragraph 7 “with the Treasury’s approval” is omitted; and\n(c) in paragraph 9(3) “with the Treasury’s consent” is omitted.",
