  "text": "In section 22 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1985 (re-employment of retired judges)–\n(a) in subsection (1), for “Secretary of State” there is substituted “Scottish Ministers”; and\n(b) in subsection (5)–\n(i) for “Secretary of State”, there is substituted “Scottish Ministers” ; and\n(ii) for the words after “as” there is substituted “they may determine”.",
