# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) (No.2) Order 1999, Paragraph 83: Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions)(Scotland) Act 1985 (c. 73)

In section 22 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1985 (re-employment of retired judges)–
(a) in subsection (1), for “Secretary of State” there is substituted “Scottish Ministers”; and
(b) in subsection (5)–
(i) for “Secretary of State”, there is substituted “Scottish Ministers” ; and
(ii) for the words after “as” there is substituted “they may determine”.
