  "text": "(1) The Transport (Scotland) Act 1989 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 1 (transfer of operations of Scottish Transport Group), subsection (8) is omitted.\n(3) In section 10 (guarantees)–\n(a) in subsection (1) “with the consent of the Treasury” is omitted;\n(b) in subsection (2) for “each House of Parliament” there is substituted “the Scottish Parliament”; and\n(c) in subsection (4) “with the consent of the Treasury” is omitted.\n(4) In section 14(4) (dissolution of the Group)–\n(a) “with the approval of the Treasury” is omitted; and\n(b) in paragraph (a) “with the agreement of the Treasury” is omitted.",
