# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) (No.2) Order 1999, Paragraph 99: Food Safety Act 1990 (c. 16)

In section 40(1) of the Food Safety Act 1990 (power to issue codes of practice), after “Parliament” there is inserted “, or in the case of a code which applies only to Scotland, before the Scottish Parliament,”.
