# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2000, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2000 and, except for paragraph 23 in Part II of the Schedule, shall come into force on the day following that on which it is made.
(2) Paragraph 23 in Part II of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on the day following that on which the rest of this Order comes into force.
