# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2000, Article 2: Amendments and repeals


(1) Parts I and II of the Schedule to this Order (which contain modifications of pre-commencement enactments, and transitional and saving provisions in connection therewith) shall have effect.
(2) The enactments mentioned in Part III of the Schedule are repealed to the extent specified in that Part of the Schedule.
