  "text": "(1) Section 35(9) of the Agriculture (Scotland) Act 1948 (special directions to secure production) is amended as follows.\n(2) For “each House of Parliament” wherever it appears, there is substituted “the Scottish Parliament”.\n(3) For “Parliament is dissolved or prorogued or both Houses are adjourned”, there is substituted “the Scottish Parliament is dissolved or is in recess”.\n(4) Before “Parliament” in the third place where it occurs there is inserted “the Scottish”.\n(5) For “that House”, there is substituted “the Scottish Parliament”.",
