# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2000, Paragraph 17: Requirements of Writing (Scotland) Act 1995 (c. 7)


In section 12(1) of the Requirements of Writing (Scotland) Act 1995 (interpretation), in the definition of “enactment” there is added at the end “and an enactment comprised in, or in an instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament”.
