# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2000, Paragraph 18: Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (c. 50)


In section 68(1) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (interpretation), at the end of the definition of “enactment” there is inserted–
“, and (except in section 56(5)) includes an enactment comprised in, or in an instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament”.
