Paragraph 19 Employment Rights Act 1996 (c. 18)

Section 43E of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (disclosure to Minister of the Crown)f1 is amended as follows.

(2)

After “enactment” there is inserted “(including any enactment comprised in, or in an instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament)”.

(3)

After “Minister of the Crown”, in both places where it occurs, there is inserted “or a member of the Scottish Executive”.
