Paragraph 2 Agriculture Act 1967 (c. 22)

In section 34 of the Agriculture Act 1967 (power to vary sites, and extend scope, of grants for agricultural investment), at the end there is inserted–

“(5)

Where an order under this section is made for Scotland only–

(a)

any reference in this section to the House of Commons (however expressed) or to Parliament shall be construed as a reference to the Scottish Parliament, and

(b)

in subsection (3) for “prorogued or during which the House of Commons is adjourned” there is substituted “is in recess”.”.
