Paragraph 23 The Contracting Out (Administration of Civil Service Pension Schemes) Order 1996 (S.I. 1996/1746)

Article 2 of the Contracting Out (Administration of Civil Service Pension Schemes) Order 1996 is amended as follows.

(2)

At the end of the definition of “the 1972 Act” the word “and” is omitted.

(3)

In the definition of “the function”, after “1(2)” there is inserted “or (2B)”.

(4)

After that definition there is inserted–

  • “;and

  • “office-holder” includes the Scottish Ministers and the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body.”.
