# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2000, Paragraph 4: Equal Pay Act 1970 (c. 41)


In section 1(10) of the Equal Pay Act 1970 (definition of “statutory body” for equal treatment purposes), after “enactment” there is inserted “(including an enactment comprised in, or in an instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament)”.
