# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2000, Paragraph 8: Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (c. 65)


In section 82(1) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (general interpretation provisions), after the definition of “employment agency” there is inserted–
““enactment” includes an enactment comprised in, or in an instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament;”.
