  "text": "CONSTITUTIONAL LAW\nDEVOLUTION, SCOTLAND\nriver, scotland\nriver, england and wales\nMade 14th November 2006\nComing into force 15th November 2006\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 14th day of November 2006\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nThis Order is made by Her Majesty in Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 111, 112(1) and 113 of the Scotland Act 1998.\nIn accordance with section 115 of, and paragraphs l and 2 of Schedule 7 to, that Act, a draft of this Order was—\n(a) laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament; and\n(b) laid before and approved by a resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nAccordingly, Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, makes the following Order:",
