Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Appropriations) Amendment Order 1999 and shall come into force on the day following that on which it is made.

In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Appropriations) Order 1999^f1.
