# Scotland Act 1998, Paragraph 28

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

A court, other than the Supreme Court or the Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland, may refer any devolution issue which arises in any proceedings before it to the Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland.
