  "text": "The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 3rd July 2012—\n(a) section 4 (Presiding Officer and deputies);\n(b) section 5 (Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body);\n(c) section 7 (members’ interests);\n(d) section 9 (continued effect of provisions ceasing to be within legislative competence);\n(e) section 10 (air weapons);\n(f) section 12 (the Scottish Government);\n(g) section 14 (time limit for human rights actions against Scottish Ministers);\n(h) section 15 (power to vary retrospective decisions about non-legislative acts);\n(i) section 16 (BBC Trust member for Scotland);\n(j) section 20 (power to prescribe drink-driving limits);\n(k) section 21 (speed limits); and\n(l) section 22 (speed limits: supplementary).",
