# The Scotland Act 2012 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2012, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 2012 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2012.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Scotland Act 2012.
