# The Scotland Act 2012 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2015, Article 2: Appointed Day


The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Scotland Act 2012 is 1st July 2015—
(a) section 1 (administration of elections);
(b) section 3 (supplementary and transitional provision about elections).
