  "text": "A person admitted to bail under section 112(6) of the 1995 Act pending the determination of an appeal under paragraph 13(a) of Schedule 6 of the 1998 Act against a determination of a convertible devolution issue is, from the time at which the issue becomes a compatibility issue under article 3, to be treated as having been admitted to bail pending determination of an appeal under section 288AA of the 1995 Act.",
