# The Scotland Act 2012 (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2013, Article 14: General


For the purposes of section 121(5)(a) of the 1995 Act, an appeal under paragraph 13(a) of Schedule 6 to the 1998 Act against a determination of a convertible devolution issue is, from the time at which the issue becomes a compatibility issue under article 3, to be treated as an appeal under section 288AA of the 1995 Act.
