# The Scotland Act 2012 (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2013, Article 16: Amendment of the Criminal Legal Aid (Scotland) Regulations 1996


For regulation 4(1)(k) of the Criminal Legal Aid (Scotland) Regulations 1996 substitute—
“(k) proceedings in the Supreme Court on appeal from the High Court of Justiciary under—
(i) paragraph 13 of Schedule 6 to the Scotland Act 1998; or
(ii) section 288AA of the 1995 Act,
including any application for permission to appeal.”.
