# Scotland Act 2012, Paragraph 2


(1) For “the Electoral Commission” or “the Boundary Committee” in each place substitute “ the Boundary Commission for Scotland ”.
(2) Sub-paragraph (1) is subject to the amendments made by paragraphs 3 to 7.
