# Scotland Act 2012, Paragraph 5


(1) Paragraph 8 is amended as follows.
(2) For sub-paragraph (1) substitute—
“(1) This paragraph applies if the Boundary Commission for Scotland provisionally determine to make recommendations which would involve any alteration in a constituency.”
(3) Omit sub-paragraph (3).
