  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations bring into force provisions in Part 3 of the Scotland Act 2016 which relate to—\ndisability, industrial injuries and carer’s benefits (section 22), and\nbenefits for maternity, funeral and heating expenses (section 23).\nThe amendments made by provisions commenced by regulation 2 are subject to transitional provision made by the Scotland Act 2016 (Transitional) Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/444).",
