# The Scotland Act 2016 (Commencement No. 6) Regulations 2017, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations bring into force provisions in Part 1 of the Scotland Act 2016 which relate to elections and legislation by the Scottish Parliament.
These commencement Regulations are the sixth to be made in respect of commencement of the Scotland Act 2016.
