  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations bring into force sections 47 and 48 of the Scotland Act 2016 (c.11) which relate to onshore petroleum. These sections are brought into force on 9th February 2018.\nThese commencement Regulations are the eighth Regulations to be made in respect of commencement of the Scotland Act 2016.",
