  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations bring into force section 27 of the Scotland Act 2016 which relates to welfare foods. Section 27 of this Act is brought into force on 8th February 2019.\nThese commencement Regulations are the ninth to be made in respect of commencement of the Scotland Act 2016.",
