# The Scotland Act 2016 (Consequential and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2017, Regulation 7: Amendments of the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 2001


After regulation 32ZA(2) insert—
“(2A) Before giving approval for the purposes of sub-paragraph (2)(b), the Minister for the Cabinet Office must consult the Scottish Ministers.”
