Regulation 9 Saving

Article 82 of, and Schedule 6 to, the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2015^f1 continue to apply in relation to sections 157, 160 and 173 of the Representation of the People Act 1983^f2 as they applied immediately before 18th May 2017.
