  "text": "(1) Section 15 (duration of orders etc under section 14) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3)—\n(a) for “Secretary of State”, in both places, substitute “ national authority ”, and\n(b) in paragraph (b) for “that authority” substitute “ the authority that made the temporary order ”.\n(3) In subsection (4)—\n(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ national authority ”,\n(b) omit “himself”,\n(c) for “he” substitute “ the national authority ”, and\n(d) for “that authority” substitute “ the authority that made the temporary order ”.\n(4) In subsections (5), (6) and (7) for “Secretary of State”, in each place, substitute “ national authority ”.",
