# Scotland Act 2016, Paragraph 29


In Schedule 3 (enactments conferring functions to be exercised subject to agreement or consultation of Scottish Ministers) omit the entries relating to the following—
(a) the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984;
(b) the Road Traffic Act 1988, section 36(5).
