  "text": "CONSTITUTIONAL LAW\nDEVOLUTION, SCOTLAND\nMade 13th April 1999\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nAt the Court at Windsor Castle, the 13th day of April 1999\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with section 115(1) of, and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 7 to, the Scotland Act 1998;\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 126(2) of the Scotland Act 1998 is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
