  "text": "The following offices are specified for the purposes of section 126(8)(b) of the Scotland Act 1998 (offices in the Scottish Administration which are not ministerial offices)—\n(a) the Clerk of the Sheriff Appeal Court appointed under section 59(1) of the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014;\n(b) a Deputy Clerk of the Sheriff Appeal Court appointed under section 60(1) of that Act.",
