# The Scottish Administration (Offices) Order 2018, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Scottish Administration (Offices) Order 2018 and comes into force on the same day as section 14 of the Civil Litigation (Expenses and Group Proceedings) (Scotland) Act 2018 (auditors of court) comes into force.
