# Scottish Biometrics Commissioner Act 2020, Paragraph 2


In Part 7 of schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (other Scottish public authorities to which the Act applies), after paragraph 79A insert—
“79B The Scottish Biometrics Commissioner.”.
