  "text": "(1) The Commissioner may revoke a compliance notice.\n(2) A compliance notice may be revoked—\n(a) at any time before completion of the steps that are to be taken to comply with it,\n(b) by issuing a notice in writing to that effect to the person to whom the compliance notice was issued.",
