  "text": "CHARITIES\nMade 29th November 2006\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 30th November 2006\nComing into force 31st December 2006\nThe Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 2 to the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals and its Scottish Committee in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, hereby make the following Rules:",
