  "heading": "Transfer of funds between managers",
  "text": "(1) A manager may transfer a sum of money—\n(a) from the manager's income account to the income account of another manager,\n(b) from the manager's capital account to the capital account of another manager.\n(2) A manager (other than the Scottish Ministers) may make a transfer under subsection (1) only if directed to do so by the Scottish Ministers in a direction under section 37(1).\n(3) The direction must specify—\n(a) the sum to be transferred, or\n(b) how that sum is to be calculated.",
