Regulation 5 Amendment of regulation 10 of the principal Regulations

in paragraph (2) for the words “imposed on it by these Regulations” there is substituted –

• “imposed on it by the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1996”^f1;

after paragraph (2) there is inserted–

“(3)

The Board shall provide such information as a Health Board or primary care NHS trust may require of it.”.
