Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Scottish Dental Practice Board Amendment Regulations 2010 and come into force on 2nd July 2010.

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Scottish Dental Practice Board Regulations 1997f1.
