# The Scottish Dental Practice Board Amendment Regulations 2019, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 30th October 2019
Coming into force 9th December 2019
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(1) and (2), 105(7) and 108(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
