Made 27th January 1997
Laid before Parliament 6th February 1997
Coming into force 27th February 1997
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(1), (1A) and (2), 25(1), 105(7) and 108(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
